Due to heavy traffic to the site at times customers will receive a payment error when placing an order; however they still see a charge on their banking accounts. If this occurs please allow time for the system to process your order, usually within an hour. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email including an order#. If you do not receive this email please contact customer service at comments@jbeves.com. 

If you already have an account or created one at check out, you can log into your account and check the status. 

If you did not create an account do not worry, the system will inform you of the status of the order to the email provided when the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email the moment the order is placed, an email informing you when the order is fulfilled (this will includes the tracking information), and finally an email when the order is delivered.

Please check the rules of the coupon such as exclusions, expiration dates, and requirements.

Verify that the coupon code is correct, this includes spelling and capitalization.

All orders are fulfilled and packed the following day Monday through Friday. All orders that are made on the weekend or National holidays are fulfilled the next business day. Once the order is fulfilled and has been shipped out it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Canada orders vary from 8-15 days (Express option available for faster shipping times)

International orders will also provide an estimated time of arrival from USPS to Designated country's mail (company) system.

Only orders from within the state of Texas get charged sales tax, this is because our business is located in El Paso, Texas. 

To pay with PayPal simply select the yellow PayPal button at the bottom of the checkout window, and follow the instructions on screen.

We are currently only shipping to the U.S. and its territories, including Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

As of May 4th, 2018 we are now shipping to Canada.

Our company is locally owned and operated in El Paso, Texas. Where we have 11 stores throughout the city and where our HQ/warehouse is located.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. You must have provided an email at the time of check out.

Since the nature of our business is to provide the lowest prices and the best quality products, all our sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items. However we will replace any items that are received broken or defective. If you have any issues with your order please contact our customer service via email at comments@jbeves.com. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

We cannot guarantee that the information will be updated in time. We urge all costumers to verify all information provided before their order is finalized. 

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $20 or more, there is no coupon code required. The discount is automatically added to your order when the amount in your cart has reached $20 before tax (or surpassed it).

We strive to ship our orders the following business day after they are placed; our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. However there are certain events that may affect this such as National Holidays and natural forces.

Tracking numbers are provided once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive this information either to the email or telephone number you provided (as long as it is a mobile number, as the information will be send via SMS). If you did not receive a tracking number please contact our customer service via email at comments@jbeves.com.

Please be aware that any packages being shipped to Canada will be subject to a Goods and Services Tax (GST), this tax or "duty" will be paid by you (the "receiver" ) once the package reaches customs. 

Please be aware that due to the rise in shipping cost, in order to continue providing free shipping at a low start rate we have found it necessary to ship some packages as parcel select. This is determined by the system depending on the size and weight of a package.

Please be aware that parcel select packages do take more than 3-5 business days to arrive, if you are concerned about your package being send as parcel select please leave a note at check out (on the space provided) and mention you do not want your package to be send as parcel select. 

We are a third party seller; all our products are manufactured and produced by other companies. If a product states it is cruelty free on the packaging we will mention this on the product description. If you are interested in the facts about any of these companies we urge you to do your own research. You can also contact each individual company for more information.

Yes, all products are new and unopened; when you place your order you will notice that some items are shipped with tape or plastic wrapping around the opening. This is done to stop the product from spilling during shipping. Since a lot of the $1 items do not come pre-wrapped in plastic we choose to wrap them with tape ourselves.

Jewelry Box specializes in providing the trendiest cosmetics and accessories at the lowest prices, with most items starting from $1 and up. Eves is the name of our intimates and apparel brand, which offers everyday essentials like panties, bras, shapewear, lingerie, and much more also at the lowest prices. Eves is known for its $1 panties and $2.99 bras.

When we opened our online store we wanted to create a single identity that describes both of our great brands. We simplified the name Jewelry Box into initials and combined them with Eves
